Terms on one slip

Everything that governs accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, on one page.

1. Eligibility

Registration and play require you to be 18, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction when higher. Verifying that online gambling is lawful where you live is your responsibility.

2. Operator and licence

The operator of Lucky Boom Casino is MAIREKE LIMITADA, registered in Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. These terms fall under the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Account

One account per person. Give accurate details; the account name must equal the name on the payment method. Protect your login details.

• Duplicate accounts (same name, device or payment method) may be closed without warning.
• Formal requests, including self-exclusion and account closure, are accepted only from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Deposit only from a payment instrument in your own name. Minimum deposit: €20 (€40 for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit).

• Cards: 10 transactions a day, 40 a month. Caps: €10,000 a day, €15,000 a month per card.
• Fiat and crypto balances are separate and cannot be combined.

5. Withdrawals, verification

Before each withdrawal: full KYC (government photo ID, selfie with the document, bank statement or utility bill from the past three months, matching names). Under AML rules, deposits must be wagered at least three times before withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal: €40. Review: within 2 business days.
• Non-jackpot winnings: €20,000 a week, €50,000 a month. Jackpot wins: uncapped.
• A withdrawal above a method's per-transaction limit may be paid in instalments.
• A pending withdrawal can be cancelled before completion; the funds return to the playing balance.

6. Bonuses

Activate each bonus in your profile before the qualifying deposit; later activation is not possible. One bonus at a time.

• Wagering: ×40 on the welcome package, ×15 on the first live bonus.
• Stake cap while wagering: €5 per spin or round; €1 on the first deposit bonus.
• Contribution: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker count 0%.
• Bonus win cap: €10,000 across all bonuses; cash-out cap after wagering: 10× the initial bonus.
• A withdrawal request during an active bonus cancels the bonus and its balance.

7. Dormant accounts

An account with six consecutive months of no activity is charged €10 a month while a positive balance remains.
